We are currently recruiting for a leading supplements brand in Portugal, which have a powerful team, always innovating and delivering the best to positively impact our customers' lives, providing fitness, energy, health and well-being.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a Customer Support Assistant fluent in Spanish (M/F) for their office located in Agualva-Cacém, Sintra.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing assistance, advice, and solutions to customers via email, phone, and in-person contact
  • Handling complaints and order issues
  • Potential involvement in other projects as per the company's needs and the candidate's knowledge


Ideal Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in similar roles
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Good communication and learning skills
  • Good computer skills Initiative and leadership spirit
  • Available immediately and to work on-site in Agualva-Cacém, Sintra
